BEACON SKY HOSPITALITY is an advisory firm based in Thailand, specializing in the hospitality industry providing qualified guidance and solutions to owners, developers of hospitality real estate, including hotel, resorts and independent living projects.
The company was founded in 2015 by Michael Cowan and Mark van Ogtrop, both senior hotel experts with each over 30 years of hands on operational and corporate experience in the hospitality business. The company is able to work independently on assignments, or can be mobilized as a team or task force to on assignments and achieve the best possible results for its clients.

The company in addition to its own team of professional’s draws from a pool of associates who are experts in their relevant fields, ranging from Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management to Capital Planning and Financial Solutions.
The company operates globally however with focus on South East Asia, with currently offices in Bangkok and Phuket.
